Manufacture and supply of Polymer Modified Bitumens
Modified bitumens are manufactured with both polymers as well as powder from end of life tires (ELT), with 3 manufacturing systems:
- Supply from the factory from our production center in the Community of Madrid
- Manufacture IN SITU, with the 2 mobile bitumen modification machines
- With pre-treated RARx additives (Tire Powder Additive)
In such a way that we adapt to the circumstances of his work.

Modified Bitumen Manufacturing Plant
It is important to note that the manufacturing process and supply of modified bitumen used by CIRTEC, is a system in which it tries to maximize the manufacturing with end of life tyre powder (ELT), by means of the so-called wet track, in which It proceeds to an initial mixing of conventional bitumen with rubber powder and polymers and subsequently the product resulting from said mixture is subjected to a digestion process in which the particles of rubber and polymer are integrated into the structure of the conventional bitumen, modifying the properties of it.

Advantages of Polymer Modified Bitumens
This procedure allows rapid packaging in the tire crushing plant, efficient transport and on-site storage that preserves the rubber from the rain thanks to the impermeability of the bags.
