La RAF, creada por GEORGE WAY, es <strong>la fundaci\u00f3n de mayor prestigio mundial en la defensa y promoci\u00f3n de los asfaltos con polvo de neum\u00e1tico<\/strong>. A trav\u00e9s de la cooperaci\u00f3n con CIRTEC y sobre todo con el Excmo. Ayuntamiento de M\u00e1laga,<strong> la RAF est\u00e1 organizando el primer congreso Asphalt Rubber en Espa\u00f1a, el cual se celebrar\u00e1 en M\u00e1laga en septiembre de
