Es decir, los pa\u00edses deben impulsar los asfaltos con polvo de neum\u00e1tico, confiando en una t\u00e9cnica que se lleva usando en el mundo desde hace m\u00e1s de 50 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, es vital que los pa\u00edses adopten la legislaci\u00f3n de Responsabilidad del Productor, como camino a iniciar la gesti\u00f3n de sus residuos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>CIRTEC es un proyectos global, con miras a ampliar sus actividades de fabricaci\u00f3n en Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s
