{"id":4279,"date":"2019-12-16T12:48:17","date_gmt":"2019-12-16T11:48:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cirtec.es\/?p=4279"},"modified":"2019-12-16T12:58:42","modified_gmt":"2019-12-16T11:58:42","slug":"evento-cop25-resilience-in-public-works-and-water-for-climate-change","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cirtec.es\/en\/blog\/evento-cop25-resilience-in-public-works-and-water-for-climate-change\/","title":{"rendered":"Evento COP25: \u201cResilience in Public Works and Water for Climate Change\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"attachment_4284\" style=\"width: 810px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4284\" class=\"wp-image-4284 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cirtec.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ponencia-cop25.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cirtec.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ponencia-cop25.jpeg 800w, https:\/\/cirtec.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ponencia-cop25-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/cirtec.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/ponencia-cop25-768x576.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-4284\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Participantes en el evento durante la COP25<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El pasado Viernes 13 de diciembre de 2019, <strong>CIRTEC tuvo el enorme honor de participar en el evento \u201cResilience in Public Works and Water for Climate Change\u201d,<\/strong>\u00a0dentro de la \u201cBlue Zone\u201d, es decir en el espacio administrado por las Naciones Unidas y en el cual han tenido lugar las sesiones de negociaci\u00f3n de la 25\u00aa Conferencia de las Partes de la Convenci\u00f3n Marco de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Cambio Clim\u00e1tico (COP25), la d\u00e9cimo quinta reuni\u00f3n de las Partes en el Protocolo de Kioto (CMP15) y la segunda reuni\u00f3n de las Partes del Acuerdo de Par\u00eds (CMA 2), as\u00ed como los actos y eventos paralelos de la agenda oficial de Naciones Unidas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuestro Gerente, Miguel \u00c1ngel Sanz Coll, junto a V\u00edctor Armijos, de SACYR, fueron invitados a formar parte de la Delegaci\u00f3n Chilena, organizadora del evento, para exponer los trabajos que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo en Chile para impulsar el reciclado de Neum\u00e1ticos y el uso del polvo de neum\u00e1tico en sus carreteras a trav\u00e9s de los aditivos predigeridos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el evento participaron:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gianluca Merlo, Regional Technical Analyst Climate Change, Grupo Am\u00e9rica Latina y Caribe de UNDP<\/strong> (Programa de Desarrollo de las Naciones Unidas), el cual coment\u00f3 la extremada gravedad del cambio clim\u00e1tico y lo importante de que las verdaderas naciones contaminantes den un paso adelante. Por otro lado, coment\u00f3 que para bajar a los niveles de emisiones necesarios, es fundamental trabajar en todos los campos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carlos S\u00e1nchez, de Willis Towers Swatson, entidad que gestiona los fondos de capital de m\u00e1s de 58 instituciones financieras<\/strong>, S\u00e1nchez coment\u00f3 el inter\u00e9s de las instituciones financieras en invertir en proyectos clim\u00e1ticos, comentando que hay m\u00e1s de 8 trillones de d\u00f3lares en el mercado de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mariana Concha, Directora General del Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas de Chile<\/strong>, que expuso los proyectos que se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo en Chile desde el punto de vista de la resiliencia ambiental.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00edctor Armijos, Responsable de I+D+I de Sacyr en Chile<\/strong>, que expuso los pasos que se est\u00e1n dando en Chile por medio del APL, Acuerdo de Producci\u00f3n Limpia, para normalizar el uso del polvo de neum\u00e1tico en las carreteras de Chile.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Y Miguel \u00c1ngel Sanz Coll, Gerente de CIRTEC, el cual expuso la problem\u00e1tica actual de la gesti\u00f3n de los neum\u00e1ticos en Chile y en otros pa\u00edses de Iberoam\u00e9rica, explicando el potencial que tendr\u00eda la carretera para mitigar este problema.<\/strong> Por otro lado, Sanz explic\u00f3 la capacidad del polvo de neum\u00e1tico de mejorar ambientalmente los proyectos de carreteras, aumentando su vida \u00fatil, evitando el uso excesivo de recursos mineros y mitigando el ruido de las ciudades.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CIRTEC, puso de manifiesto la capacidad del RARx, el aditivo con polvo de neum\u00e1tico de Cirtec, de ayudar al medioambiente de manera global en el mundo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El coloquio fue dirigido por Mauricio Lavin, Secretario Ejecutivo de Medio Ambiente y Territorio del Ministerio de Obras P\u00fablicas de Chile.<\/strong> Lavin coment\u00f3 la necesidad de adoptar medidas encaminadas a disminuir
